Ford recently created a Service Advisor Panel similar to the Technician Review Panel (TRP). Twenty-four Service Advisors were selected to participate, one from each Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) region and two from Select Dealer regions. The panel met in person for the first time May 19 - 21 in Dearborn . Several topics were discussed, including communication between Ford and Service Advisors, Service Advisor training, Customer Viewpoint surveys, customer handling and fixing vehicles right the first time.
